1 % operator fee

This is a solo bridge, not a payout pool. Every block you find pays its reward straight to your own address: there is no pool balance and nothing to withdraw.

The fee is taken by chance, per block template. For each new template of your address the bridge draws with a probability of 1 % whether that template pays the operator's address instead of yours. Such a block carries fee-for followed by the first 8 hex digits of the SHA-256 of your address in its coinbase, so every fee block can be checked on chain.
